Service Description

Our intestines hold the key to our health, there is a reason why they are concidered to be a second brain. Gut bacteria works well when instestines are soft, flexible and warm - this is when the blood and nutrient circulation is at its best! Intestinal massage can be a jump start to a healthy gut. At the session you will receive a massage by a trained instructor and receive some tools on how to keep your gut healthy.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule a class, please contact us at least 1 hour in advance. If you are cancelling a workshop, please let us know 5 days in advance. If you are cancelling a retreat, please let us know 2 weeks in advance. Thank you.
