2 day workshop for a deep dive into the most important Tao principles

A two day intensive workshop where you will have a chance to learn the most important health and happiness principles through the universal law of Tao.

 

Learn how to jump start your body's energy system to activate it's  healing ability. 

Deeply investigate your body and look at it through the prism of nature's energy principles.

Typical Schedule

The times may vary slightly.

Day 1

9 am - Arrive & Settle

Full day of training with several breaks to integrate and a 1 hour lunch

5 pm - End of day 1, return home and rest

Day 2

9 am  - Morning training

Training with several breaks

2 pm - End of day 2

Full training program

a workbook and some materials to take away with you.

 

Train with the world most renowned trainers that have over 25 years of experience. 

Food & drinks

Snacks, tea and water are included! 

Please bring your lunch with you.

Yoga mat & Tools

Yoga mat and other necessary tools are provided
