About the event
A perfect opportunity to join for a class to try it out! Body & Brain Yoga and Ki Gong teaches how to deeply relax your body, detoxify internal organs and reach a state of balance and peace from which you can create the life you truly imagined for yourself.
Our classes start 10 minutes before a set time with a warmup and we have some tea and community sharing after.
No need to have any experience prior to joining this class.
