Cancellation Policy
- Deposit: A 30% deposit is required to secure your spot and is non-refundable. - Final Payment: The remaining 70% must be paid no later than one month before the start of the retreat. - If you cancel 15 to 29 days before the retreat, you will receive a 50% refund of the total amount. - If you cancel less than 14 days before the retreat or fail to show up, no refund will be provided. - Organizer Cancellation: Healing Garden reserves the right to cancel the retreat in case of low participant numbers or force majeure. In such cases, a full refund, including the deposit, will be provided or alternative options will be offered.
